Q. Is this a hotel?

A. No, our properties are furnished apartments available for rent for short let to people away on business or holidays.

Q. What are the advantages over a hotel?

A. The price, the space and the comforts of home. On average our rates are 30-50% cheaper than a hotel of equivalent category. In addition, an apartment offers more space and privacy than a hotel. Our kitchens offer you an alternative to expensive meals in a hotel or restaurant and the opportunity to follow special diets.

Q. How are the apartments equipped?

A. The kitchens are fully equipped. Pillowcases, sheets, blankets, towels, tablecloths are provided by us. There is also: Refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, TV, iron, hair dryer dishwasher (only in Bari). Air conditioning in some apartments, fans in others. We provide a sofa bed for occasional guests (at an additional cost).

Q. Is there a laundry service?

A. Each apartment has its own washing machine, and you can have an external laundry service at extra cost.

Q. Is the apartment serviced?

A. Yes, cleaning, change of bed linen and towels happen every 7 days and is included.

Q. Is there internet connection?

A. ADSL fast internet connection, is only available in Bari

Q. Is there parking?

A. In Campomarino allocated secure parking for one car is included in the price of the apartment. There is also street parking available. The apartment in Bari also has reserved parking. There is a private garage nearby (300m) from the apartment at a daily cost of € 5.

Q. Are pets allowed?

A. No, pets are not allowed.

Q. Is smoking permitted?

A. Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed by law. All apartments have large balconies where smoking is allowed.

Q. Do the apartments have air conditioning?

A. The rooftop apartment in Campomarino and the penthouse in Bari have air conditioning. In the other there are fans.

Q. How do I get the keys of the apartment?

A. Before your arrival we ask for an estimated time of arrival. We will ensure that there is someone to welcome you at the door.

Q. At what time is check-in?

A. Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Special arrangements can be made at time of booking.

Q. How do I book an apartment?

A. To book an apartment you need to: ask for availability, communicate the number and identity of the guests, by faxing or emailing a copy of an identity document. Pay for your stay.

Q. How do I pay?

A. The deposit payment can be made credit card (Paypal) or wire transfer. The balance must be paid upon arrival in one transaction. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis and for periods of longer than one month stay.

Q. Can I cancel the booking?

A. If cancellation is requested in writing 14 days prior to the check-in date and you have already paid the full amount we will refund 50% of the total.

Q. What is included in the price?

A. The price includes all the bills, weekly cleaning services and change of bed linen, internet (only Bari) and TV.

Q. Can I see the apartment before booking?

A. There are photographs of each apartment on the site, however for stays longer than a month our staff are available to show vacant apartments.
